Our West Palm Beach park offers three attractions:

• Obstacle Island: A floating inflatable course with obstacles, climbing features, and slides.
• Cable Park: Wakeboarding and kneeboarding on our cable system, with options for beginners and experienced riders.
• Ropes Course: Sky Tykes for smaller children and Sky Trail for taller participants.

Attraction schedules vary by date. Check our park calendar before visiting.

We operate year-round, but hours and attraction availability change throughout the year. The Cable Park, Obstacle Island, and Ropes Course may have different schedules on the same day. Check the park calendar for the date you plan to visit.

We recommend it. Each activity has limited capacity, and popular sessions can sell out. Walk-in purchases are available when space remains. Booking online also avoids the service fee added to onsite purchases.

Birthday parties, group events, camps, and lessons require advance arrangements. Visit the relevant activity or event page for booking options.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity. This gives you time to park, check in, get your wristband or equipment, and prepare for your session. Activity start times are scheduled, and late arrivals do not receive extra activity time, refunds, or credits.

Yes. Every participant needs a completed Shark Wake Park waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for anyone under 18. We recommend signing your waiver online before you arrive so check-in is faster.

Bring clothing suited to your activity, a towel, and anything you may need afterward. For water activities, bring swimwear. For the Ropes Course, wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes and dry clothing. Please review your activity’s requirements before arriving.

Yes. Requirements depend on the activity:

• Obstacle Island: Participants must be at least 6 years old and able to swim.
• Cable Park: Participants must be able to swim and generally must be at least 10 years old. Those under 10 years old must complete a mandatory safety lesson first. To learn more, visit our Cable Park lessons page and contact us to schedule your younger first-time rider mandatory safety lesson. Online booking is not available for the mandatory safety lesson.
• Sky Tykes Ropes Course: Participants must be under 48 inches tall, able to walk, and accompanied by an eligible chaperone.
• Sky Trail Ropes Course: Participants must generally be 48 to 80 inches tall. Children 42 to 48 inches tall may participate with an eligible, ticketed chaperone.

Ropes Course participants must also safely fit in the harness. Additional weight, footwear, and chaperone requirements apply. Review the Ropes Course FAQs and your chosen activity page before purchasing.

No. Beginners are welcome. Our staff can help you get started, and lessons are available if you’d like more focused instruction. Visit the Cable Park page to explore your options.

Obstacle Island is our floating inflatable course. Participants climb, balance, and make their way across a variety of features on the water. It is a scheduled, lifeguarded activity. Visit the Obstacle Island page for session details and requirements.

All safety equipment is included and provided by SWP. Required life jackets are provided for water activities. Cable Park rental equipment is included with standard passes. Obstacle Island participants must use Shark Wake Park life jackets; ask our team about permitted personal equipment for the Cable Park. Ropes Course safety equipment is provided, including the harness and slingline.

No. Shoes and items that could damage the inflatable course are not permitted. Store personal items before entering the activity.

Obstacle Island and Ropes Course are offered in scheduled sessions. Each session includes approximately 50 minutes of activity followed by a 10-minute break. Cable Park passes are sold by duration, for instance two-hour passes. Check the pricing page for current options.

We also offer combo activity options, which include three to four hours of activity, depending on which option you choose.

Shark Wake Park is located within Okeeheelee Park, at 1440 Eshleman Trail in West Palm Beach Florida.

The Okeeheelee Park entrance is located off Forest Hill Blvd, west of Jog Road. From Forest Hill, take Eshleman Trail north for approximately one mile. Then, turn right into the Osceola Pavilion loop. At your first stop sign, turn right and follow the one way road towards the backside of the loop.

There is parking along the roadway around the Osceola Pavilion loop. Once you park, check in through the main Pro Shop (office) building, located closest to the roadway.

There is no general admission fee to Okeeheelee Park or our leased area. There is free parking along the roadway around the Osceola Pavilion loop. Activity passes are required to participate.

All participants must check in through the main Pro Shop (office) building, located at the backside of the Osceola Pavilion loop. The building has a large shark mural facing the street. During check in, staff will verify waivers, participant requirements and eligibility, finalize onsite purchases, and provide activity wristbands.

Yes. The Shark Shack offers snacks and beverages, including beer and wine. Check with our team for current offerings and hours.

We do not offer onsite storage. We recommend bringing only what you need and securing your valuables.

Shark Wake Park is located within Okeeheelee Park, where leashed dogs are permitted in designated public areas. Dogs cannot participate in attractions. Please follow posted park rules and staff directions while visiting.

We generally remain open during rain and do not close based on a forecast alone. Severe weather or other conditions may delay activities or require a closure. Check the park calendar and contact the park if you have a question about your visit.

If our lightning alert sounds, stop your activity immediately and follow staff directions to seek shelter. Activities resume only after the required lightning clearance period. If weather interrupts your booked activity, speak with our office team about available options.

We do not offer refunds for weather forecasts, delays, or closures. Depending on the circumstances and available capacity, our team may be able to move you to a later session or provide a rain check. Please speak with office staff during your visit so they can review your reservation.

Activity ticket sales are final, and tickets and wristbands are not transferable. We cannot provide refunds, credits, or extra time for late arrivals or missed sessions. Parties and group events have separate scheduling and cancellation terms; please review the applicable event page before booking.
