Ropes Course FAQs

Both are part of the ropes course attraction but designed for different participants. Sky Tykes is located on ground level and is for individuals under 48” tall. Sky Trail is located on the second and third level for taller participants.

  • All participants must safely fit in the harness
  • Closed toed shoes are required. No flip flops or open-heeled shoes.
  • Pockets must be emptied.
  • Clothes must be fully dry.
  • Participants should be in good health.
  • Recommended that clothing covers shoulders and thighs.
Sky Tykes Participant
  • Under 48” Tall
  • Under 150lbs
  • Able to Walk
  • Chaperone required
Sky Tykes Chaperone
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Must be able to assist child through and across elements
  • Must always remain with the child
  • No admission fee. Chaperone walks on the ground alongside participant
Sky Trail Participant
  • Minimum Height: 48”*
  • Maximum Height: 80”
  • Maximum Weight: 300lbs
*Individuals 42” – 48” tall may participate on the Sky Trail with a responsible chaperone.
Sky Trail Chaperone
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Must meet Sky Trail participant requirements
  • Must always remain within (1) element distance of the child
  • Must purchase an admission ticket. Chaperone is harnessed and participates in the activity alongside the individual they are chaperoning.
  • Participants should be in good health.
  • You know your physical condition; our Operators do not.
  • Not recommended for guests with the following conditions: pregnancy, neck, back, joint or heart problems, recent surgery, recent stitches/wound closures or any history of physical conditions that may be aggravated by these attractions.
  • People with characteristics that inhibit their ability to follow safety rules and the verbal commands of their chaperone, or an Operator should not participate.
  • Ropes course activity is structured into sessions
  • Each session is (50) minutes long with a (10) minute break between each session
Sky Tykes
  • One Session: $10/person
  • Additional Session(s): $10/each
  • Chaperones: Not required to pay
Sky Trail
  • One Session: $25/person
  • Additional Session(s): $10/each
  • Chaperones: Required to pay
  • Online booking is highly recommended due to limited capacity
  • On-site purchases are available based on available capacity
  • Yes, all participants must complete the SWP waiver
  • Waivers can be found on our website
  • Waivers are valid for (1) calendar year
  • Legal guardian must complete the waiver for individuals under 18 years of age
  • As an outdoor facility, our activities may be impacted by weather conditions
  • If there is lightning within a (10) mile radius, all activities must stop until we are lightning free for 20 minutes
  • In the case of weather disruptions or delays, participants may be offered the following options based on the amount of activity time missed:
    • Reschedule for a later session in the day
    • Rain check credits for use on another day
  • We do not offer refunds for weather delays or closures
  • If you experience weather issues during your visit, please speak with our office staff for assistance
  • Arrive (30) minutes early for check-in
  • Complete your waiver before arrival to assist with a timely check-in
  • Closed toed/heeled shoes are required. Shoe rentals are available onsite
  • Pockets and mouth must be empty
  • Personal items are not allowed on the course
  • This activity requires physical exertion. Participants should be in good health.
  • The Sky Trail is located on the second and third floor. Individuals who are fearful of heights should take this into consideration before participating
  • Our trained staff members will assist participants with fitting their harness properly
  • Participants can exit the course at any time, for any reason
  • We highly recommend using the restroom before starting the activity
  • Our staff are properly trained to respond in emergency situations.
  • If a participant is unable to exit the course on their own, our staff will complete an Emergency Take Down
  • In this instance, the participant is belayed from their location to the ground level
  • In the event of an emergency take down, EMS will be notified immediately
