Yes, all participants must complete our waiver. We recommend completing the waiver BEFORE arrival to assist with a timely check in.

  • Once your event is scheduled, our staff will email you with a unique waiver link which attaches your party guest waiver directly to your booking. Please note, this link will be sent separately from your booking confirmation email.
  • Utilizing the unique waiver link will assist with a timely check-in on the day of your event.

No, group bookings do not include food, but options are available.

  • We are a seasonal business, and our hours vary throughout the year.
  • Please reference our website park calendar for our daily schedule.
  • If you would like to host an event outside of standard operating hours, please inquire about a private event.
  • Online booking is available for groups of 10-24 participants.
  • For groups with 25+ participants, please complete the group event inquiry form located on our website and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
  • We require at least (1) week’s advanced scheduling.
  • We have a limited capacity facility and operate on a first come first served basis.
  • We recommend scheduling your group event at your earliest convenience to ensure availability for your preferred date and time.
  • Yes, you can schedule even if you aren’t certain of your final participant count.
  • For groups of 10-24 participants
    • The base package is required to schedule, which includes (10) participants.
  • For groups of 25+ participants
    • We require a $250 deposit to schedule.
  • You can adjust your participant count up to (1) week before your event, without penalty.
  • Please note, final payment will reflect the applicable per person rate.
  • For groups of 10-24 participants

    • You have up until (1) week before your event to add additional participants, based on availability.
  • For groups of 25+ participants
    • A $250 deposit is required.
    • After scheduling, you have up until (1) week before your event to finalize participant count and final payment.
    • To ensure adequate spaces are reserved for your group, we recommend scheduling for the maximum number of participants that may attend. You are not penalized for changes made to participant count before the finalization deadline.
  • If your participant count increases after finalization, you can request to add participants up to (2) days before your event. This option is not guaranteed and is contingent upon available capacity.

  • We accept reschedule requests up to (2) days before a scheduled event, which is subject to availability.
  • Reschedule requests must be submitted via email.
  • We do not close for weather forecasts or rain alone. If there is lightning within a (8) mile radius, all activities must stop until we are lightning free for 20 consecutive minutes.
  • Depending on closure duration and available capacity, activity time extensions may be available, but are not guaranteed.
  • For extended weather disruptions, rain check credits will be provided to the group organizer, based on the disruption duration. Rain checks are valid for (60) days.
  • Groups may opt to reschedule up to (2) days before a scheduled event if weather forecasts are unfavorable, but we do not offer refunds.
  • In extreme circumstances, in which weather imposes safety concerns, management retains the right to enforce unexpected closures. These instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
